Did you buy or lease a Toyota or Lexus and only receive 1 key fob?

Here’s an important update regarding the Toyota/Lexus Second Key Delivery Program:

The Second Key Delivery Program is being treated as a recall. You should receive a recall letter in the mail at some point over the next 12 months letting you know there’s a remedy available. At that time, call your local Toyota/Lexus dealer and schedule an appointment to get your second key. The second key will be provided free of charge once you arrive at the dealer with your vehicle.

You can also check on the remedy status of your recall at any time by clicking here. After inputting your VIN, the website will display whether or not there is a remedy available. If a remedy is available, call your local Toyota/Lexus dealer and schedule an appointment to get your second key.
